REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once your order is packed or shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • A clear unboxing video is required for claims.

  • Refund will be initiated after verification.

Refund will NOT be provided for:

  • Color variation

  • Minor weaving/thread issues

  • Customer changing their mind

  • Products worn/used/washed

3. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, we offer replacement for the same product or a product of equal value.

  • Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Mode of Refund

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 working days.
